You will manage the stakeholder journey, making yourself available and approachableand responding to any queries or questions they may have along the way.About YouTo be considered as our Salesforce Administrator, you will need:- Experience with Salesforce configuration changes including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports- The ability to communicate platform changes to end-users- Data management skills and experience to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation- System maintenance experience including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimize- Experience with Sales, service cloud and Community sites.- Experience of documenting processesOther organisations may call this role CRM Administrator, Systems Administrator, SysAdmin, Platform Manager, Salesforce Engineer, or IT System Administrator.Webrecruit and mmadigital are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
