Job Description

Our Direct Sales Team are local business champions, they bring brand fame across a hugely varied regional client base. Were now looking for a commercially-minded Sales Support Executive to join our Direct Sales team.This is an opportunity to provide a full pre and post sales service to the Sales teams and our clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed and all bookings are implemented accurately and on time.What youll be doing;Youll provide a full pre and post sales support service to the Sales teams and our clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed and all bookings are implemented accurately and on time. Youll support with all aspects of planning for customercampaigns, utilising all internal tools and systems available to you. Youll manage any campaign changes pre go live, direct response to incoming agency briefs and requests. Youll also;

  • Ensure efficient delivery on all aspects of the planning and booking process
  • Co-ordinate liaison and communication between Sales, Development and Operations to ensure that the booking process runs as efficiently as possible from booking through to conversion & delivery
  • To ensure that all-external communications are to the required Clear Channel standard.
  • To be accountable for quality and delivery of work to the set service agreement and individual KPIs
  • To maintain and verify the keeping of accurate and appropriate records and statistics as required
  • Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve & refine processes.
