Sales RepresentativeLocation - Manchester or LiverpoolSalary -£9 - £10 per hour + commission if target/objectives are metDuration - 6 months initially with potential to extend further or become a permanent role for the right candidateHours- 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday - 1 Saturday in 4Summary of a Sales RepresentativeThis role will be responsible for acquiring new Packaged Gases business, with a fantastic Sales Incentive Scheme being offered. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and target driven to achieve results. Laptop, mobile phone and Pool car will be provided for business use only (or candidate can use own car if preferred).Responsibilities of a Sales Representative Confident in building strong working relationships, both internally and externally Minimum 4 days out per week prospecting and door knocking with at least 10 cold calls / visits per day Maximum 1 day per week office based in SC or at home office Create and maintain a prospect opportunity pipeline recorded via excel spreadsheet Work with administrator and driver to produce leads and opportunities via proactive targeting of local suspects and drivers eyes Review and update monthly on progress of all generated leads Drive all new accountsKey competencies of a Sales Representative Engineering/fabrication/welding background for knowledge (Beneficial) Candidate must have prior face to face / cold call visits / sales experience Will need to show initiative, be adaptable and target driven Target customers will be small businesses, fabricators, garages, small maintenance businesses Candidate will also be liaising with local areas stockists Must have valid driving licence, PPE will be provided Systems: Microsoft Office & SAP CRMPlease note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
