Job Title:Sales NegotiatorJob Location: ManchesterJob Salary: £25,000- £28k £50k OTEDo you want to work in continue working in sales and develop your career further for a fantastic property company, which is based in Manchester. This brand is HUGE in the industry so now is the time to join!As an New Homes Sales Advisor you will receive:

  • A salary of upto £28,000
  • An uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £50k

As a New Homes Sales Advisor you must be comfortable selling to high value customers face to face. staying calm under pressure. You must be comfortable working towards KPIs and going the extra mile for the customers.What we require:
  • A bright and sparky personality is essential!
  • Estate Agency, New homes or off Plan Sales Consultant
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • A motivated person who is passionate about customer service and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Sales Experience of at least 6 months
