Job Description

Sales Support ManagerDevonshire are working with a market leading employer looking to add a Sales Support Manager to their operations team. This role will have responsibility for managing all aspects of the service billing function.Responsibilities, although not limited to, will include:

  • Ensuring all revenue is set up to be invoiced accurately and on time
  • Managing exception reports.
  • Receiving and reconciling all service partner invoices against live data
  • Onboarding of new service contracts within the service management system
  • Management of monthly customer service billing
  • Partner relationship management
The successful candidate will:
  • Possess strong finance credentials
  • Have experience of invoicing activity within a service led environment
  • Experience in data analytics - managing large sets of data.
  • Demonstrate a high work ethic and be able to focus independently on key tasks.
  • Have experience and be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to building and developing both internal and external relationships.
