Job Description

A Sales Operations Manager role to drive customer engagement and experiences, ensuring best practice and processes are implemented. You scrutinise all sales data to help identify performance and improvement areas and drive sales operational excellence.Client DetailsA fantastic business with a great reputation in the market. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career.DescriptionAs the Sales Operations Manager, you will:

  • Analyse all commercial activity and develop reports to understand it clearly and make improvements where required to improve business efficiency and client experience
  • Understand better client drop off points in cycle and development improvement areas
  • Work towards reducing customer attrition and better engagement
  • Work closely with the Directors on progress and areas of improvement required
  • Pull together data from various sources, interpret and create business models and cases for improvement
  • Analyse data inputs to ensure they are the right quality, following the right process to ensure forecasting outputs
  • Identify and understand lack of customer usage and work with other departments on how to improve service usage and reduce cancellations and improve overall experience
  • Analyse and assess new opportunities for technologies that could support the success and growth of the business
ProfileAs the Sales Operations Manager, you will:
  • Have worked in a similar commerical focussed role where its involved being highly analytical and strategic to deliver first class customer experience, reduce customer attrition and improves conversion of opportunity
  • Have ownership of sales forecast data
  • Have B2B experience, ideally in a fast paced environment, preferably with a technology or regulated sector
  • Some working knowledge with Excel, pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs
  • Have experience of analysing processes and adjusting to maximise business outcomes and customer experience
  • Have a willingness to be proactive and influence at Director level what processes should be applied in order to improve overall business functionality and success
  • Be willing to work across multiple disciplines and be a strong communicator
  • Work remotely but travel if required to Manchester or Birmingham office
