Job Description

Cargo Sales/Operations Agent wanted to join motivated team. If you think airline logistics is all about moving bags, then think again. If thinking creatively is your forte, passionate when it comes to airfreight and no two days are the same;then this could be the role for you. Available now!Overview/Responsibilities

  • Compiling and negotiating sales quotations.
  • Responding to quotes.
  • Building relationships with current and new customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and provide solutions and alternatives which best support each customer and the business.
  • Creating reservations.
  • Completing operational functions.
  • Completing Imp/Exp documentation and labeling.
  • Job costings.
  • Customs entries.
  • AWB creation.
  • Tracking of cargo and post flight monitoring.
Requirements
  • Previous Imports/Exports experience in Aviation Cargo or AIR Freight Forwarding sectors.
  • Strong relationship builder.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and natural consultative skills.
  • Customer services driven and business thinker!
