Sales Manager - Property Sector£40 - £60k basic + OTE up to £60k-£80k ManchesterThis is your chance to work as a Sales Manager for a fantastic Property sales company in Manchester! If youre a money motivated sales person with Sales Management experience and experience in the property sector this job is for you.The package for the position of Sales Manager is:

  • £40 - £60k basic
  • Uncapped commission realistic OTE of up to £80k

  • Directly lead the sales team, carry out 1:1s and annual appraisals & carry out the necessary coaching & training sessions
  • Identify individual training/up-skill needs within the team through day to day observations
    • What we are looking for:
  • Previous Property Sales experience is essential
  • Proven experience of managing a sales team is essential
  • Passionate, fun and have the entrepreneurial flare
  • Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
  • Clear and persuasive communicator
