Outstanding opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic sales manager.Working within a very successful department, alongside the used car sales manager and working together to oversee a strong team of 7/8 sales executives.You will be responsible for New Car sales performance and specifics around vehicle orders, manufacturer promotions, brand standards etc.. whilst also maximising the result from new car sales.You will be working closely with a colleague who has similar responsibilities for used cars. And between both, you will share in the overall success of the business.There is support on site from a transaction manager / business manager - who will focus on the deal building and First and Second facing element.This dealership is doing very well. New and Used cars are well over budget and the vacancy is available due to an internal promotion.The business is in a prominent location with high footfall, an outstanding reputation and healthy amounts of stock in group to sell.The on target earnings are high - the site has stretch targets that they are hitting. You can expect to earn £70k+ With every other weekend off.
