We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join an award-winning Finance Broker based in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to join a company that are a market leader within their field and are only recruiting due to business growth. Youwill receive a basic salary of £36,000 - £40,000 (D.O.E) with uncapped commission - OTE - £60,000. You will be office-based working in from their luxury offices on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre, Ardwick. You will be managing a team of 12 staff, and it will be your duty to coach, mentor and develop anyone under performing.
