Job Description

UK Sales Manager Base Salary Circa £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + OTE Bonus & Commission Structure + 20 days holiday + Stata + Company Car + Pension + Laptop + Mobile Territory: UKYour location: Must live in Northern EnglandThe role of UK Sales Manager:

  • To increase the brand awareness within the UK market, generating sales on expected growth projections
  • Supporting the company’s Head of Global sales in increasing the UKs revenue. Liaising and supporting the orders, planning, and marketing team effectively
  • Business development on New Business and current customers within the UK. Nationwide travel required
  • Building strong customer relations with key accounts
  • Increase revenue and market share within the UK to strategically plan a sales team structure
  • The Requirements of the UK Sales Manager:
  • 2+ year’s experience in a field-based Sales/BDM role in luxury spa B2B and understanding of the professional luxury beauty arena. strategic planning, control of budgets, customer support
  • Previous role as a BDM looking to progress from a similar beauty Spa brand will be considered
  • Experience in the Spa and Wellness industry is ESSENTIAL
  • Strong customer support experience within the Spa industry
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and NB development essential
  • NVQ beauty or equivalent or Spa management
  • Business or Sales and Marketing degree is preferred
  • Strong sales ability.
  • All Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Must be able to deliver good quality presentations both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent team player, energetic, self-motivated
  • Passionate about skincare/wellness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Clean full driving licence.
