Job Description

Sales Manager - Based South ManchesterBasis will depend on experience - £35,000 to £45,000 + company car, commission and benefits.This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial B2B Sales Manager with ambitions to be part of a highly successful growing business.You will be based in South Manchester and cover the UK and European markets, excellent career prospects to become a Sales Director.You will be a highly ambition sales manager with proven experience of recruiting and leading a B2B high performance sales team, any experience of working within the architectural, interior design markets in wood flooring, tiles, textiles, stone furniture would be an advantage, but not essential.Candidate/Duties

  • As a successful sales manager you will have proven B2B sales background with the ability to lead and empower your sales team to develop and close new business.
  • Possess a high degree of expertise, passion and finesse for sales, enjoy the complexity and simplicity of navigating the sales funnel and sales journey from prospecting to closing and client nurturing
  • Experience of setting up and creating new systems
  • Must be IT literate - MS Office
  • Ability to identify niche market sectors and repeat business and build excellent business relationships
  • Focused on the goal and driven to be the best
  • Lead from the front and always looking at ways to improve your own skillset and your sales team with regular meetings
  • Proven ability to present to clients
  • Business savvy with previous training and certification in business administration or business and sales or sales & marketing
