Heyland Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside this niche and exciting business as they look to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger Manager to join their growing finance team at their head office in Central Manchester. Youll be joining the businessduring an exciting period, on plan to increase turnover by 100% this year with further plans for growth in the pipeline. Key Tasks: * Daily Cash allocation * Client Cash Allocation * Log New Business & investigate differences and variances. * Ongoing Direct Debit Management including agreement amendments. * Preparation of DD1 & DD2 Submissions * Allocation of DD receipts re DD1 and DD2 * Set up of new DDS (includes checking the clients bank details, updating various places and emailing set-up letters) * Reviewing non-renewals - Review each automated email to ensure that all required tasks are complete i.e system has been updated correctly by the AM Team, repeating invoices are deleted/cancelled, credits & refunds are raised where required, cancellation ofDD if applicable, update various places. * Handling Renewals & Upsells (Client Sales) - Review each automated email to ensure that all the requires tasks are complete i.e system has been updated correctly, receipt of signed agreement from the client, raise additional upsell invoice(s) where required,amendment to ongoing repeating invoices, update DD spreadsheet/Bacs and communicate with the client.* Checking Renewals - Review automated email to ensure that the amount in CRM system reconciles with the repeating invoice in Xero * Monitoring accounts receivable inbox * Handling queries and providing guidance and resolution * Chasing of overdue payments * Credit & Refund Requests o Investigateo Raise and save requires paperwork o Process credit/refund where required o Communicate to client o Make sure all logs are complete * Month-end Tasks o Gather info & investigate re New Business, Client Sales, Renewals, Non-renewals to ensure values agree. o Checking info on Dashboards and Goals to info that has been gathered throughout the month to make sure the information reconciles in the system o Log commission data and raise accrualo Complete Deferred Income spreadsheets and raise required journals o Clous Sauce sales invoice and accrual - need noteso Update Sales, Renewals and Non-Renewal information on the Accounts SummaryJW/0353
