Job Description

Opportunity for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join an expanding business. The role offers a salary up to £25,000 as well as flexible working and other excellent benefitsClient DetailsPage Personnel are working with a growing company in a very stable industry based in Openshaw. They are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team at an exciting time.DescriptionSales Ledger Administrator responsibilities will include:

  • Raising invoices and booking on to the ledger
  • Reconciling the sales ledger
  • Posting and allocating payments
  • Chasing any outstanding invoices that are owed
  • Other ad-hoc duties within the finance team
  • Dealing with queries both over e-mail and on the phone
ProfileThe successful candidate will have:
  • Experience working in a similar Sales Ledger role - Desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Required
  • Good computer skills, especially Excel - Desired
  • Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
  • Ambitious, progressive and vibrant personality - Required
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills - Required
