Job Description

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Floor Manager to join our client who is the industrys leading Employee Assistance Programme provider. This position is located in Manchester and contains many benefits including on target earnings of £37,500 - £50,000as well as a generous salary of £32,500 - £35,000 per annum.The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, ideally in an inside sales department.Benefits and Package for a Sales Floor Manager:

  • Salary: £32,500 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + OTE £37,500 - £50,000
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Manchester
  • Monthly bonus based on the teams performance
  • On target earnings of £37,000 - £50,000
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Floor Manager:
  • Motivating and driving the performance of a team of 15+
  • Completing daily quality checks and feedback sessions with the team to ensure that the standard of calls is excellent
  • Reviewing team performance daily and supporting the team with ongoing coaching to improve performance
  • Creating sales reports to monitor performance and quality scores
  • Supporting underperforming team members to ensure that the team are hitting minimum KPIs
  • Supporting with the onboarding and training of new starters
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Floor Manager:
  • Previous experience in an inside sales department is required
  • Experience managing a telesales call centre team for at least 3 years is preferred
  • Ability to motivate a team of BDMs
  • Good business acumen is required
  • Pro-active approach towards working to targets
  • Knowledge of salesforce, excel and the ability to do pivot tables
  • Must enjoy coaching and driving a teams performance
