Job Description

SALES EXECUTIVE - PropertyMANCHESTERUP TO £28,000 + £50K OTE UNCAPPED COMMISSION + TRAINING + CAR ALLOWANCEGet Recruited are supporting a market leading Fast Track 100 company based in Manchester who, due to continued growth, are looking for a Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team.Working with some of the largest companies in the UK, you will be responsible for selling a bespoke service to new and existing customers. As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, before securing sales.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an innovative and continuously growing sector. The role would suit a motivated, dedicated Sales Executive who is seeking the opportunity to progress their career within the furnishing / interior design industry, whilst enjoying excellent earning potential and career progression.THE ROLE:

  • The role of the Sales Executive involves gathering intelligence and sourcing leads
  • Cold calling prospective clients, identifying their needs
  • Attending client meetings, pitching the most suitable services for their needs and budgets
  • Preparing quotes for the customer within an agreed timescale
  • Negotiating contracts before closing the sale
  • Manage a number of existing accounts in order to secure repeat business
  • Constantly keeping up to date with the latest trends within the interior design sector
  • Working towards agreed revenue targets and KPIs
  • THE PERSON:
  • At least 2 years sales / account management / new business / business development experience is essential
  • Previous experience selling to property developers, estate agents, investors etc is preferred
  • Proven success within an outbound B2B sales
  • The ability to clearly explain complex solutions
  • A creative approach to solving problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong work ethic, willing to put in the extra hours to enjoy results
  • THE BENEFITS:
  • Up to £28,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission, OTE £50,000
