Job Description

Sales Executive - Payroll SoftwareBasic- £40,000 - £45,000/ £80K+ OTEWhy: Global Payroll Solution ProviderRemote

  • You will need to be able to speak one of these languages: German, Swedish, Danish and fluent in English.

  • We are working with a market leading global Fintech platform that are transforming the way payroll runs and wanting to become the trusted advisor for the worlds Payroll software provider. They are currently on a huge trajectory of growth with their sales increasing over 20% in 2020 and on track to do the same in 2021. They have recently raised over $100m from a number of huge investors, which is allowing them to embark on an exciting journey.As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for their SMB market clients through a mix of inbound and outbound leads. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of working in a high volume environment managing the full 360 sales process. You will be responsible for carrying your individual quota in the form of customers on boarded and KPIs.They are looking for someone to share the same values and beliefs that their results driven team do. You will need to feel comfortable in working 100% remotely but will also be a part of a close-knit working family. This is a remote based role, which will allow you to work autonomously whilst constantly learning and improving. If you have 2+ years B2B new business SaaS experience, goal orientated and looking for a business, which strives for diversity this, is the role for you.Responsibilities: Sales Executive-
  • Be Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the form of annual sales quota
  • Expanding their customer base through strategic new business prospects
  • Managing inbound enquiries
  • Creating and maintaining executive and senior management relationships- C Level / executive
  • Strategically managing the sales process from lead generation to booking appointments and closing new business opportunities
  • Effectively communicating their values through proposals, demos and presentations
  • Competencies: Sales Executive-
  • Proven track record for sourcing and closing new business
  • Awareness of a consultative sales process
  • Take lead in client facing opportunities, meeting clients requirements
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills
  • Provide consistent pipeline opportunities, managing account decision making process to ensure revenue is achieved
  • Provide accurate and timely account pipeline reports, account plan updates and sales forecasts
