Full training will be provided alongside ongoing support.---The RoleYou will be making outbound calls as well as receiving inbound leads, gathering customer information, understanding whether they qualify to make a claim and gaining permission from the customer to act on their behalf. Responsibilities will include…- Handling incoming enquiries as well as making outgoing calls to qualified leads, new business and existing clients- Explaining and upselling services such as Wills, Mortgages, Life Insurance, business energy, diesel emissions, PPI to new and existing clients- Determining whether the client has a case to claim on- Professionally communicate the process to the Client and manage their expectations- Use your brilliant sales and communication skills to upsell products and drive new business- Following processes and guidelines to deliver great service- Achieving personal and team targets in a fast-paced contact centre environment---The Candidate- Experience working in a sales or customer service capacity as part of a high-volume contact centre- Ability to build and maintain a new business pipeline from multiple sources that enables you to deliver results consistently on and above target- Able to remain calm when under pressure- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and professional telephone manner, high level of empathy- The ability to treat all clients and colleagues in a fair and appropriate manner- Proactive and positive approach, organised and efficient- Ability to grasp knowledge quickly as well as work independently---The CompanyThe business youll be working for is a leading business services provider in the Northwest.
