Job Description

Sales Executive / Key Account Manager£40,000commission Office based Liverpool Aspion are a specialist search and select Consultancy that specialise in the IT Tech sales Sector. We are currently working exclusively with a client that are in a unique position with many years experience and a customer base into the Thousands. They area Leading provider of a software that is one of the global leaders within its sector.Our client provides a solution into the electronic signature market and all processes that come with it, their target clients are within the retail sector in the UK, US and Europe. Being a leading provider and top of their game means that clients returnyear on year.We are recruiting for a Sales executive / Key account manager the help maintain them well established relationships and nurture them to cement recurring revenue and help with the growth plans of 2022 -2023. The future plans are to increase the sales teamand eventually become the number 1 provider in the UKMajor duties and responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively account manage allocated customers, making contact on a regular basis and action their requirements to improve retention rates across the base.
  • To identify needs and create sales opportunities using the clients broad product and service set.
  • Create account plans / matrices for long term account revenue targets and development opportunities.
  • Achieve over 150 interactions per year is an essential requirement.
  • Follow set agendas in all account review meetings to ensure consistency and excellent delivery
  • Manage own diary efficiently and effectively, ensuring productivity is maintained continually
  • Close interaction with Marketing Team to promote campaigns, roadmap and upsell opportunities
  • Manage the entire quote to cash sales process
  • Ensure that the CRM and Pipeline is a living breathing asset to maximise potential and prioritise workload
  • Full knowledge of both products and services catalogue
  • Feedback information to clients product board on customers needs and future wants
  • Knowledge of specific contractual needs and obligations
The role of the Sales executive / Key Account Manager works within the Sales & Marketing Department and reporting into the Sales Director. The role will also see close interaction with other colleagues in the Sales team and Marketing, Projects, ServiceDesk,Finance and Product departments.Experience:The Sales executive / Key Account Manager will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Epos software / technology space coupled with a firm understanding of a Service led sales approach in an innovative environment and have experience with:
  • Strong Relationship Management

  • Product Upselling
  • Background in software systems desirable
  • Excellent Presentation skills both face to face and virtual
  • Attendance of Trade Shows and conference
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft packages
