Job Description

Extended Reality (XR) is a hot topic these days. If you have the courage to go where few others dare and make an impact on this new frontier then we want YOU! Our client, BLANK XR, is a Holographic Envisioneer - at the top of their field in leveraging AI & Machine Learning for powered experiences across mixed reality or virtual worlds! They have activelyparticipated in various industry conferences including SXSW, Augmented World Expo USA, BEYOND2020, VR World, and many others.Denise White -The leader behind this new exciting start-up company, founded in 2020, has a network of global partners in NYC, The Netherlands, and the UK. They are already working with multi-million-pound companies like Nike, British American Tabacco, WarnerMedia, etc.They are looking for the best of the top-tier Salespeople to help them expand their reach and drive their business initiatives to the market. We are looking for confident, inquisitive, and passionate conversationalists who are interested in people and technology- well-versed in technology (or at least avidly interested in things like XR, gaming, NFTs, crypto, AI, etc.).We are looking for Senior Sales Development Representative who can work exclusively with Blank XR. You will be selling the following services we offer:

  • Private Workshops
  • Executive Coaching
  • Immersive Strategy Consulting
Responsibilities will include:
  • Source clients and partners in the Retail/FMCG & Entertainment/Media industries. Targeting businesses with >500M gross, and HQs in and around London, UK, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and New York City, NY USA.
  • Engage in the Discovery Calls to help identify the needs of the potential client and if there is a good alignment, convert to a high-value sale, whether it is a private workshop, a coaching programme, or an engagement around immersive strategy consulting.
  • Generate further opportunities by leveraging buyer contacts within their own network.
  • Achieve a minimum of 1 to 3 sales per month (each) of our holographic envisioning workshops, executive coaching packages, and immersive strategy consulting.
  • Network through different channels and engage with prospective clients.
  • Handover to an account manager (who will nurture the client going forward)
Qualities we look for:
  • Familiar with value-based selling, someone who is customer-centric and accustomed to closing large deals/solutions
    • Excellent in identifying the clients needs and pain points and using it as leverage to sell our services.
  • Excellent communications skills (both oral and written).
  • Organised and can manage own time. Experience or interest in extended reality, virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality is a PLUS.

Perks of being our Sales representative:
  • 100% remote
  • Future opportunities may arise to optionally travel to NYC and/or The Netherlands where we have team members and partners based
  • For the first 1 to 3 workshop sales, the commission base is 25% (of the net profit margin)
  • For 4 to 7 workshop sales, 35% commission (net)
  • For 7 and above its 40% commission (net)
  • We operate on an uncapped basis
