Job Description

Sales Development RepresentativeWorking From HomePay: £27,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience - OTE £43,000An award-winning software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution is looking to hire an ambitious, forward-thinking Sales Development Representative to join their growing sales team.You will be responsible for:

  • Researching, qualifying and nurturing target markets; converting leads into sales
  • Managing live chat, telephone calls and emails to communicate with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Liaising with sales managers; handing over detailed reports of MQLs, booking them in for product demonstrations and keeping leads warm
  • Logging and updating all lead contacts, interactions/status changes on HubSpot
  • Reporting to management; meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
  • General administrative duties as required
Successful candidate requirements:
  • Professional software sales experience
  • Previous experience in meeting KPIs
  • Aptitude for learning new software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand long-term and short-term perspective
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills
  • Ambitious, motivated, passionate
