Job Description

Are you an experienced or aspiring Sales Consultant looking for an opportunity to join a Market LeaderDo you live with access to Audenshaw, TamesideIf so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our market leading online product demonstration team, promoting the benefits and functionality of our Stairlifts and Home LiftsBased from our showroom, this role is to support our sales channels with telephone, email and webchat communications plus live online video demonstration of our product range and functionality. As a member of our sales support and engagement team, your objectiveis to assist our customers decision making process throughout the engagement and sales journey by promoting the benefits of our world class Stairlifts and Homelifts. A high level of technical aptitude, personality and professionalism is required to succeedin this role and add value to our customer journey and the Stannah brand.Stannah is a British family-owned company, who provide elevators, escalators and moving walkways and manufacture stairlifts and platform lifts. The family is now in their fifth generation and play a hands-on role in running the business, ensuring the familyethos and values are maintained.Responsibilities:

  • Provide on demand and pre booked telephone, webchat and live video promotion of our products and features, in line with customer and business needs
  • To gain a thorough understanding of the products sold by the Company and to develop an understanding of competitor products and pricing policies
  • To develop the ability to assess the needs of the client through good questioning techniques and to use the assessment to safely promote products and features suited to the clients needs.
  • To fully understand the sales process appropriate to the market and to develop optimum sales ability through active participation in regular meetings and training sessions.
  • To positively contribute to team objectives and continual performance improvement
  • To always maintain the highest standards of professionalism, honesty & integrity in keeping with the Companys position as market leader.
  • To be flexible and available to meet the demands of our customers
  • To achieve KPIs and other targets that may be set from time to time by the Sales Management
Education and Qualifications
  • GCSE English Grade C or above
  • Technical qualifications (desirable)
