A beauty, aesthetics and skincare clinic based in the heart of Manchester city centre are keen to hire a Sales Co-ordinator. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have excellent organisational skills and can manage your own workload, this may be the perfect role for you! You will be confident in building relationships with a wide range of people, from models to trainers, and have the ability to multi-task and successfully complete all duties. It would be an advantage to have an interest in beauty/aesthetics/skincare and full training will be offered for the right person! A salary of up to £24,000pa is available along with excellent commission of up to £400 extra per month and staff discountson treatments!What will you be doing as a Sales Co-ordinator· Process requests for model slots in a timely manner · Creating model slots in the clinic office diary including model requirements · Requesting photographs from models and submitting to trainers to confirm suitability · Completing all model contact and personal information · Telephoning models to promote appointment opportunities and discuss treatments and risks · Developing model database & pipeline by cross-selling treatments and updating treatment interests in model records · Obtaining full payment within a week of the models appointment · Negotiating discounts on models slots as required by last minute changes · Developing new sources of models to build the model database · Administering and promoting referral scheme for models and adding/completing referral credits on system · Handling model cancellations and subsequent re-booking · Dealing with complaints or sending them through to the Sales Manager if necessary · Booking follow-ups for models as required · On an ad-hoc basis, provide additional support to fill-in for annual leave/absence and to absorb overflow of calls · Carrying out ad-hoc project work as required by the Managers & Directors · Liaising with the Marketing Manager for social posts or offers · Liaising with models through Facebook, text service, email or phone We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:· Youre a people person - you will love talking to customers and going above and beyond for them with a cheery telephone manner · Youll be organised, a good problem solver with a keen eye for detail · Youre flexible - being a small company we need a team player willing to help out · You may have a genuine interest in the beauty/cosmetics/skincare industry · You will be able to keep a level head when things get stressful and enjoy working towards targets · You are super organised and can work through the diary with ease to see potential gaps and adapt in a changing and pressurised environment Whats in it for you as a Sales Co-ordinator· Salary of up to £24,000 · Commission available of up to £400 extra per month · 40 hours per week · Heavily discounted treatments for staff · City Centre location - great for after work socials! · 4 weeks holiday per year - including your birthday off! · Ample progression opportunities in a 5* rated business If this Sales Co-ordinator role sounds like one youll LOVE send your CV today!We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
