Sales AdvisorCity CentreMonday to Friday - 8:45am - 6:45pm (No Weekends and an early finish Friday)£16,000 - £20,000 basic plus up to £25K OTE.A leading Life Insurance broker in the city centre of Manchester is looking to bring in a number of Sales Advisors to work in their Lead Generation team and help grow the business.The client has recently renovated their offices based less than a 2 minute walk from St Peters Square, so the staff are working in a modern, positive environment around like minded individuals.Your Role as a Sales Advisor::-- Making calls to warm leads to establish their reasons for looking for Life Insurance, checking their personal details and then passing them over to a Life Insurance Closer.- Offering a high level of customer service, showing excellent attention to detail as well as a friendly and professional phone manner- Building rapport, securing the buy in and spending time with the customer to build their confidence in the service.- Demonstrating knowledge of the industry- Representing the company as the first point of contactThe ideal candidate for the Sales Advisor role:- Strong Customer interaction skills- Excellent rapport building skills- A money driven and tenacious approach- A friendly yet professional phone manner- The ability to work in a fast paced telephone environment.Company Benefits:- Pension- £25K OTE- Non-Cash Incentives e.g. Early finishes and social events- Great Location- Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDSTelephony experience is a requirement in this role, however, personality is key with this client, a they want to make sure the people they bring in understand the culture and the direction the company is moving in.
