Job Description

Sales Administrator / Order ProcessorRetail AccountsLocation: North ManchesterDo you have experience of working with major retailers Processing orders and invoicing companies Do you want to work for a small, friendly business in North Manchester If so apply today.....We are working with a well-established importer who now has a requirement for a Sales Order Processor to join their teamThe purpose of the role is to maintain stock levels in line with company expectations, ensuring maximum fulfilment of sales orders with the least amount of stock, liaising closely with customers, suppliers and directors.Responsibilities:Process orders from customers and have the picking ready for the warehouse to despatch ordersInvoicing the customer once the goods have been despatchedKeeping the show room presentable and ready anytime for customers to visitSetting up items on Sage 200 when proforma invoice are received from suppliers ready for salesman to sellUpdating product information on systemCompleting customers New Line forms and supplying customers with product informationMonitor stock levels and alert directors of issue, and if they are required to purchase more stockCommunicate with warehouse daily to ensure smooth operationCommunicate with customers and sales representatives daily via email and telephone, if any issues require resolving.Help to book in deliveries with customersHelp to GRN goods in on sage once received in warehouseSending out samples to customers and requesting for samples from suppliers when neededHelp with Invoicing when requiredThe successful candidate will be experienced in a similar order processing role, have excellent communication skills, experience of liaising with retail customers and strong IT skills.Apply online or for further information please contact one of our specialist consultants quoting reference number: NJR10339
