Job Description

Our client, a unique cosmetic brand is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their wholesale department. Reporting to the managing director, the role involves full responsibility for managing the retail accounts and being the primary contact for buyers and brands.Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for current B2B accounts and ensuring targets and KPI’s are hit.
  • Grow the brands online and in-store presence.
  • Report to the Founder and Director on progress, sales and orders on a weekly basis
  • Keep up to date with market knowledge ensuring you discover new opportunities and to improve customer experience.
  • Turn around new deals efficiently ensuring orders are received within weeks of the initial conversation
  • Help expand the brand into new territories, proposing weekly sales vs targets feedback and providing feedback and ideas on how to achieve the weeks and months ahead
  • Evaluate growth opportunities and highlight potential issues in order to help increase expansion.
  • Monitoring the growth of the accounts admin assistant and ensuring they are too hitting targets
  • Present products to professional hair sector, including salons, stylist and tradeshows
  • Ensuring you hold all brand knowledge, be the first point of contact for all key accounts.
  • Overseeing deliveries going out - ensuring parcels are being tracked regularly
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to manage a CP
  • 3-5yrs Sales/National Accounts Experience - B&M and Online Retailers
  • Superdrug and International Experience is highly desirable
  • Proven account management skills, with the ability to work towards strict targets
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Driven and Sales focused
