Ruby On Rails Developer - Training With Machine Learning - ManchesterOur client are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer who would like to be trained and work with Machine Learning Tech.The roleAs one of our senior engineers, youll be expected to mentor and help grow our other engineers. Our senior engineers play a key role in shaping the technical direction of their teams and the wider engineering department. As a senior engineer, youll be the voice within the team for software craftsmanship. Youll also have a natural ability to clearly communicate technical detail to a non-technical audience.Were evangelists of agile values and principles but each team is responsible for their own way of working. As a senior engineer youll help drive the teams processes forward by promoting continuous improvement. We deploy multiple times a day and are working towards a continuous delivery pipeline.We use a variety of programming languages within teams such as ruby, C# and python so polyglot thinking is a must.Were bold.
