Job Description

Working for this specialist work at height company, who carry out roofing and gutter work for various commercial contracts. They are seeking an experienced Contracts Co-ordinator/Manager, someone from a roofing background who has naturally moved into an office-based role to take on full co-ordination of the contracts.As Contracts Manager/co-ordinator you will have:

  • Technical knowledge of roofing/rainwater goods
  • Be commercially minded
  • Good communication with clients and internal departments
  • Planning of jobs (RAMS, ordering materials, prestart meetings) from start to finish
  • Mainly office-based role with some site work to check progress of contracts
  • Booking out workers to carry out jobs
  • Sending out relevant paperwork for approval
  • Sending out compliance paperwork for approval
  • Reporting on completion
  • IT literate (Email, Excel, Word)
    • To apply you must have: -A background within roofing and cladding BUT moved into an office-based role. You must have at least 2 years office-based experience
  • IT literate (email, Word, Excel)
  • Roofing/cladding knowledge
  • Worked in a commercial environment
  • Worked with commercial contracts
  • Able to deal with a high volume of work
