Job Description

Rollout Coordinator - 3 Month Contract£18-21 per hourWorking for an international law firm, the role will require you to assist with a large-scale Windows 10 rollout project. Your will be responsible for providing Win10 laptop configuration, administration, deployment and delivery of machines to users.Key Duties:

  • Manage Build teams weekly and daily activities for deployments based on the agreed deployment schedule
  • Manage build resources so devices are available ahead of deployment day
  • Manage shipping of devices including Peripherals to end users
  • Provide daily reporting of status including progress, deployment stats and challenges
  • Act as interface into the project
    • Assist the junior colleagues
  • Configure laptops with Windows 10
  • Distribute laptops and machines across the business
  • Working with the coordinator to ensure devices are built and shipped accordingly
  • Working with the other assistants to ensure the Windows 10 rollout is met
    • Key Information:
  • 3x positions available
  • 100% Office base Candidates will be required to work on-site throughout the pandemic
  • Inside IR35
  • Generally 9-5 / maybe required to stay later on occasion
  • This is a urgent contract, candidates need to be available immediately
