Salary: £31,114 - £38,028Job Type: Full Time, PermanentLocation: South ManchesterBenefits: Competitive pension, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loans for public transport plus much more.Reporting to the Environmental Manager, the Retrofit Surveyor will co-ordinate and deliver retrofit projects across Great Places’ homes. You will take overall responsibility for overseeing the assessment of dwellings, the identification, specification, evaluation of energy efficiency measures for installation, oversee installation works at a given dwelling and their subsequent monitoring and evaluation.You will liaise with our customers before, during and after the retrofit works and provide assurance that project risks are being effectively managed and quality is being maintained.About You:The successful candidate will be a qualified to Retrofit Coordinator Level 5 and hold DEA/OCDEA accreditations.You will have experience of deep retrofit in the domestic sector, and an excellent knowledge of building physics particularly insulation, air tightness, ventilation, thermal bridging.You may have experience of the following: Retrofit Surveyor, Residential Retrofit, Building, Construction, , Surveyor, Retrofit Coordinator, Surveying, Engineering, Social Housing, Domestic Retrofit etc.About our company:Great Places Housing Group is not your average housing association.
