The Agile Talent team has been set up exactly for this. We work very closely with our internal stakeholders to make sure they havethe right flexible talent as and when needed.Were happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares, well support you to balance your work and life.A look into the role As an Agile Talent Recruiter within our team, you will:

  • Work strategically alongside the business leads to help with Resourcing plans
  • Help the business understand the processes behind recruiting contractors
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the Agile Talent team to provide a good candidate experience as well as continue to build out the contractor community in Grant Thornton
  • Use tools such as Linkedin to headhunt the very best contractors in the market
  • Manage our agency relationships
Knowing youre right for us Joining us as an Agile Talent Recruiter, the minimum criteria youll need is experience of recruiting ideally in a professional services environment. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but dont worry if you dont tick everybox, well help you develop along the way.
  • Headhunting of Contractors or Interims
  • Experience in Professional or Financial services recruitment
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Understanding of the contractor market and the fast-moving environment associated with this
  • Strong in quality
