Despite their continuous expansion and continued organic growth plans, they have committed to preserving a real family feel throughout their offices, they have a great social element, there are sporting and social committees and regular events that all staff like to get involved in.The RoleThe firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their office in Manchester.This department deals with good quality levels of work and you will act as a lead fee earner.You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of complex conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, deeds of easements, and rectification of titles as well as shared ownership, flats and residential development. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion.You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Residential Property team in a friendly and supportive environment.Requirements
