Job Description

Im recruiting for a part time Reservations Coordinator to join a well established company based in Manchester!Daily duties will include:

  • Arranging collections with hauliers
  • Issuing collection notes.
  • Booking with Airlines and checking rates against the quote
  • Negotiating to get the best rate available at time of booking
  • Call Answering - Ensuring the telephones are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling Customer queries for Export Consignments, both on e-mail and via telephone
  • Checking departure of shipments- post flights
  • Monitoring and maintenance of Booking, Customer Service and documents outlook mailboxes as and when required.
  • To provide admin support for key accounts
  • To assist the other Customer Service Agents & Management
Qualifications & Experience
  • Excellent customer services skills ideally within an Export environment.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure workloads are completed on a daily basis.
  • Good communication skills both written & verbal.
Working hours:
  • 3 days per week - Wed, Thurs & Fri 0900am - 1730pm
