Job Description

Are you a passionate and driven Researcher who wants to work on dynamic research projects with an industry-leading agencyOne of the UKs most reputable agencies, with a renowned reputation and people-first culture, is looking for an enthusiastic Research Manager or Senior Research Manager to join their growing team.Capable in both methodologies, you will lead on full research project life cycles across a variety of sectors and a diverse client portfolio in consumer, retail, tech, fashion, leisure, culture and charity sectors, managing multiple projects end-to-end.This is an excellent position for a passionate researcher who is eager for personal and professional development, working with industry experts and exciting brands.Duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing research projects from start to finish; inclusive of proposal writing, research design, some fieldwork, project management, data analysis, producing reports and findings
  • Able to deliver projects to time and budget, whilst producing high-quality outputs at speed
  • Able to deliver a strong client report, with powerful insight at the core
  • Mentoring junior members and supporting the senior team at all stages throughout the process
  • Maintaining successful client relationships, growing existing and new accounts to facilitate agency growth
Skills and experience:
  • Previous market research agency, or in-house experience at Research Manager level
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work
  • Demonstrate great organisational and time management skills
  • Flexible approach to research with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated, driven and adaptable with the desire to learn new techniques
  • Be passionate about leading and supporting a team
  • Have a relevant degree in social sciences or market research-related topics
