Job Description

Do you want to lead dynamic research projects for a forward-thinking market research agencyOne of the most reputable research agencies in the UK are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Director to join their growing team. Capable in both methodologies, they will lead on full research project life cycles across a variety of sectors includingkids, FMCG and retail.This is an excellent position for a passionate and experienced Associate Director who is eager for personal and professional development, working with industry experts and exciting household names and brands.Duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing research projects from start to finish; inclusive of proposal writing, research design, recommending the right methodical approach, project management, data analysis, producing and reporting reports and providing added value findings
  • Mentoring junior members and supporting and leading the team at all stages throughout the process
  • Maintaining successful client relationships, growing existing and new accounts to facilitate agency growth
Skills and experience:
  • Market research agency experience at Senior Research Manager level or higher
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work
  • Effective client management skills
  • Collaboration and contribution towards new business development
  • Effective project management
  • People Management skills
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced and growing environment
  • Experience of conducting research in a range of sectors
  • Demonstrate great organisational and time management skills
  • Flexible approach to research with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated, driven and adaptable with the desire to learn new techniques
  • Passionate about leading and supporting a team
  • Have a relevant degree in social sciences or market research related topics
