Were looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and has a drive to take our global paid mediainitiatives to the next level. If you are passionate about all things paid media, a big-picture thinker, and a team player, this could be your dream role.What your day-to-day will look like:+ Youll work closely with the paid media manager and take ownership of channel strategy, budgeting, managing and executing our global paid media accounts.+ Spot inefficiencies to optimising our campaigns, helping to reduce costs and improve performance.+ Focus on shopping, DSA/text and display/social channels to create innovative ideas to support our rapid growth+ Analysing a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail.+ Share your knowledge with the team and support them in their growth.+ Work closely with EU e-commerce team to identify new Paid Media opportunities in foreign language markets.What youll bring to the table:+ Experience within a PPC and/or paid social role with a true passion for your field+ Significant experience using Google & Microsoft Ads, Google & Bing Merchant Centre, and Facebook Ads Manager+ Experience working in a B2C environment+ An analytical mindset with a strong eye for data.+ Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.+ Passion, drive and desire to be a leader+ Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentIt would be amazing (but not essential) if:+ Experience working within an e-commerce environment.+ Experience in user a bid management tool (e.g. SA360, Marin)+ Leadership experience or experience developing junior team members.+ Qualification in Marketing, Business, Maths, Communications or E-CommerceWhat we offer:Its all about getting out there and enjoying life so we want to make sure you have every opportunity to do so.
