We build Demand Generation Machines for our clients - laying the foundations for growth and then executing ongoing strategic marketing programmes.Whats the opportunityAs an experienced B2B digital marketer, youll be directly responsible for guiding and executing on the strategy, and managing relationships for an exciting portfolio of clients. Youll co-ordinate the wider delivery of client roadmaps with our team of contentspecialists, designers, and marketing operations to ensure they meet their goals and ambitions.What youll do:+ Work with the senior strategists to provide strategic direction and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of our clients to ensure their success.+ Apply knowledge, best practice and related project experience to deliver innovative demand generation solutions for clients.+ Develop project and campaign strategies centred around ensuring clients meet their objectives and KPIs.+ Coordinate the delivery team (content, design, marops) to deliver the best possible outputs for clients on time and within budget.+ Be an advocate for process development, documentation and iteration.+ Analyse client programme results and identify opportunities for optimisation.+ Develop revenue opportunities for service upsells and retention.+ Generate and present monthly and quarterly strategic review reports that ensure clients are on the right path to success.+ Develop long-lasting partnerships with clients through excellent client delivery and honest interactions.+ Support the development of the company strategy to ensure we continue to grow our own business.What were looking for:+ BA/BS degree or background in Marketing or associated field.+ Minimum 3 years work experience in a digital marketing or account management role, ideally having worked in an agency or other fast-paced environment.+ You have a good understanding of demand generation and its component parts.+ Youre comfortable with context-switching - working on diverse projects, for different brands, in varying industries.+ Your client service skills are top notch - youre passionate about helping clients to achieve their goals and build fantastic relationships along the way.+ You have an inquisitive nature - always trying to understand our clients challenges.+ You have a love and a passion for marketing and a drive to generate results.+ Youre excited by B2B marketing for some of the fastest-growing companies.Nice to haves:+ Hubspot ecosystem, Google Analytics, and Monday.com experience.Whats in it for you:+ Get in early to a business with a dynamic environment, huge growth potential and one that invests in your career development.+ Currently a fully remote business with flexible working practices.+ Well cover the costs of making your home workspace right for you.+ Work with a fun and supportive team driving for personal, team, and client success.+ Varied client projects using the latest B2B campaign techniques and technologies.+ 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), pension, and competitive salary.+ Monthly dinner and drinks, quarterly activities, summer retreat + Christmas party.Our Culture:We take what we do seriously, but we try not to take ourselves too seriously.
