We provide savings and lending support to the UKs homeowners, landlords and savers, helping them to seek and seize opportunities in their personal and professional lives.The Relationship Manager is an instrumental role within in our new business acquisition and service proposition. The role provides face to face contact with a panel of brokers in a dedicated geographic area. Currently this is all virtual based contact due to the restrictions. A key aspect of the role is to form and develop effective and productive relationships with brokers and ensure the brokers are familiar with the Aldermore proposition and how that can support them grow their business through delivering fit for purpose solutions for their clients.Now is your chance…When the time is right, we would love to welcome you to our Manchester office. In the meantime, you will be based remotely. Youll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, National Sales Manager, Intermediary Distribution, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.What would your day look like

  • Maximise the potential within the geographic area to achieve the required levels of new business as a key element of the overall performance KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Telephony BDM for the area to provide a coordinated and quality service for the brokers
  • Delivery of group or team presentations
  • Develop, maintain and implement an effective contact strategy for brokers within the area using our current Acquire, Grow and Maintain model
  • Maintain a strong knowledge and awareness of the Aldermore products and services
  • Actively encourage brokers to consider the benefits of the services Aldermore offer
  • Evaluate brokers new business proposals effectively and assist with any queries
  • What do we expect of you
  • Business to business sales experience in the North West and North Wales Intermediary mortgage market is essential.
  • Relationship building and account management skills.
  • High standards of personal performance in day to day execution of tasks.
  • Advanced communication skills across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience of managing a defined panel of Intermediaries selling financial services products and be able to evidence performance levels achieved
  • Previous experience implementing and maintaining a contact strategy with designated panel of brokers.
  • Motivational and can do attitude to drive personal success, as well as encouraging and supporting success for the team.
