Regulatory Manager BiocidesOur client is an exciting and established microbial company making headlines within the industry - recent developments have led to unprecedented levels of profit, as a result of developing innovative products and promising results they work closely with some of the leading industry companies who have recently acquired their product range. Acting as the regulatory manager you will help a growing team with a growing workload.THE POSITION: As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be the acting as the Regulatory expertise involved in Product registrations Biocides. Using your past experience and core regulatory expertise, you will: Submit major regulatory dossiers. In particular EU Biocides Directive will be critical Liaise with UK, EU, US and other major regulatory bodies to optimise registrations Leading or working within industry teams to find practical, cost effective ways of fast-tracking and sustaining product registration Production of robust study summaries and appropriate risk assessments Development of relationships with regulatory personnel with suppliers, partners, external contractors and competent authorities Participation in relevant inter-industry groups and task forces.Preparation of product label text in accordance with authority reviews and internal review processes EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate should have A biology or related degree ideally with experience in regulations for biocides.A reasonable level of experience in regulatory affairs within Biocicdes. REACH and CLP is a bonus and also considered.Knowledge of the agrochemical and speciality chemicals sectors and regulatory authorities, particularly within the EUExcellent planning and organisational skills Strong commercial awareness would be a bonus.
