  • 38-Bed Nursing Home
    • Equilibrium Healthcare are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse to join the team here at our Oakland House Nursing Home. You will be joining a highly motivated and passionate team to provide the highest level of care to meet the needs of our residents.Based in Longsight, Manchester, Oakland House is a Nursing care home that provides intervention for adults aged over 18 years that need continuing care support and who have enduring mental health/complex needs.As a Registered Nurse at EHC you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective nursing care to service users within the setting. You will support the management team in managing the service by promoting teamwork with all disciplines of staff and maintaining a person-centred service with emphasis at all times on independence, individuality and personal choice.What we can offer you:
