Job Description

Regional Sales ManagerJob Title: Regional Sales ManagerSalary: £40,000 - £43,000rising to £45,000 after probation Location: Home basedcovering north England Sector / Industry: TechnologyJob Reference: LM1407CIm currently recruiting for an opportunity for someone experienced in business development or account management who has sold into the public sector to join a growing business with a great culture and social impact goals. The role benefits from home workingwith the majority of business being done via Teams and occasional face to face meetings, flexible start and finish times, great bonus structure, shares in the business and unlimited holidays!The main purpose of the role will be to identify and build strong relationships with public sector contacts..Package Details:

  • £40,000 - £43,000rising to £45k after probation
  • OTE £80k+
  • UNLIMITED holidays!
  • Home working
  • Standard pension
  • Training budget for each staff member
  • Shares in the business
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying contacts within the public sector who would be most interested in the technology
  • Account management of existing business
  • Holding meetings on Teams and face to face with prospective clients
  • Working to sales targets and KPIs
  • Reporting and forecasting
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in a sales focused role selling to the public sector
  • Technology sales would be an advantage
  • A money driven mind looking to thrive in sales
  • Good collaboration skills to work with other members of the public
