Each will offer you the opportunity todo meaningful and rewarding work that makes a real difference to our clients lives and your career.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll doThe role of the Regional Recruiter is to work individually with a number of branches whilst getting involved in the local community building working relationships with job centres, local colleges and more, to build the attraction plan on hiring quality careworkers. This is a varied role and will involve travelling to various branches in your region to understand their demand plans and support with interviewing, selection and on-boarding new care workers. You will thrive on challenge and enjoy achieving SLA’sand KPI’s. You will also use your knowledge of the local area and your analytical skills to convert the data into meaningful plans for future hires. *subject to terms and conditions and qualifying periodQualificationsWhat you needYou will need to have significant experience in working in a busy fast paced environment with a proven track record in recruitment. This could be with a recruitment agency or in house, and in any sector. Experience in managing a high volume of vacanciesand candidates is essential. You will be highly organised with the ability to multi task and deal with constantly changing priorities. Excellent communication skills are required to deal with candidates and managers at all levels. Database management experiencepreferably gained using an applicant tracking system.
