Position: Regional Maintenance Electrician (Supermarkets)Location: Covering 18 Sites in and around the Manchester AreaSalary: £34,875 rising up to £36,874 after 6 months + van, pension, medical, laptop, 33 days holiday (includes bank holidays)45 hours per week - Monday to FridayOn call of 1 week in every 4 (on call allowance is included in the above salary)My Facilities Management client is looking to recruit a Regional Maintenance Electrician to cover 18 small supermarkets stores across the Manchester area.The 18 small Supermarket sites are located in: Ashton, Cheadle Hulme, Gorton, Hazel Grove, Higher Broughton, Levenshulme, Central Manchester, Marple, Newton Heath, Oldham (3 sites), Stockport Belmont, Wythenshawe, Pendelbury, Rochdale, Eccles, Sale.You will be responsible for the general maintenance and repair of electrical services and ensuring work is carried out in an efficient and cost effective manner, whilst complying with laid-down H&S policy. As well as responding to service calls from the helpdesk to carry out reported repairs you will have weekly / monthly maintenance checks, both legal and statutory to complete to the required deadline.Prioritising maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales is a key part of this role.This mobile role will be home based.THE PERSON:To be considered for this position, the following qualifications and papers are required and are essential requirements of the role:· Full driving licence· Electrical qualified to City & Guilds Part 236 Parts 1 and 2 or City & Guilds 2330 Parts 2 and 3 or NVQ Level 3· 17th or 18th Edition Certificate· Good interpersonal skills· Willingness to work flexible hoursand desirable: Time served Electrical ApprenticeshipTHE FULL BENEFITS:· Basic salary is £34,875 rising up to £36,874 on successful completion of 6 months service and training requirements· Vehicle· Contributory pension scheme· Uniform· Private medical cover· 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays), plus many more benefitsPlease only apply for this role if you are fine to cover multiple sites throughout the Manchester Area.If you feel these qualities describe you, then we would like to hear from you.
