Job Description

• Salary: £101,528 to £119,433 plus £8,000 car allowance per annum
• Location: Hybrid / Manchester
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Contract Type: Permanent

Were looking to recruit a dynamic professional, working at a relevant senior level to oversee the project management team and direct the Groups Project Management (pre-construction activities), Design Management and Cost Planning activities within ourCentral and Northern regions.The team are responsible for design & technical consulting and for ensuring the deliverability of our projects during all pre-construction stages for successful conversion of a development brief into a design and de-risked solution that can be guaranteedand delivered by our partnering contractors.This is a senior manager role within the Project Management and Commercial department. The Project Management and Commercial department is the glue between the Land Acquisition, Development management & planning and the construction processes and is criticalin the success of our development ambitions.Youll have extensive property development experience of directly running pre-construction teams previously and experience of medium to large scale residential projects. Extensive technical experience and knowledge is essential for this role and could havebeen obtained from working for a commercial developer or a contractor background. A consultancy background would be considered if the experience is directly related project management to all the criteria.You must of already obtained appropriate development/construction qualifications and being a member of a relevant chartered institution is preferable.Were seeking a senior manager with strong driven project management skills and the ability to support Clarions development objectives & commercial requirements.
