TUI Group is the worlds number one integrated tourism business. Flight Operations is a function within our airline organisation responsible for Regulatory Compliance and Pilot Management. As the Recruitment Specialist - Flight Ops, your focus will be on ensuring the effective management of all aspects of pilot recruitment. This will include the high-profile launch of the TUI Airways MPL Scheme, all Pilot Recruitment Campaigns together withthe general management of the Inspiring the Next Generation Schools project and running pilot inductions.Therefore experience in a volume recruitment role is highly sought along with knowledge of how to plan and execute assessment centres.The role will require effective co-ordination across the Pilot Management, HR and Reward teams to ensure that our new pilots join the business on time and are ready to commence their training. The role will require liaison with external providers, such asTAT as well as internal stakeholders at all levels of the business including regular meetings with BALPA. Co-ordinating and developing the Cadet (MPL) Scheme Strategy will be a key part of the role to support our objective of broadening access to the pilot profession whilst increasing diversity of our Pilot Community.We want to create a culture of trust and passion that enables a sense of belonging and want our people to enjoy flexibility whilst keeping performance and efficiency high.
