Job Description

The business have brand new open plan offices in East Manchester near to Droylsden and are hiring on a permanent full time basis. The role is extremely broad and varied and will suit an experienced Recruiter.Client Details

  • End to end operational recruitment utilising a variety of resourcing techniques
  • Constantly building strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Building relationships with agencies and managing the PSL
  • Posting adverts to multiple job boards and other channels on a weekly or daily basis
  • Proactively headhunt suitable candidates and managing a pipeline
  • Sifting and shortlisting relevant CVs
  • Creating Job adverts based on role descriptions
  • Assisting with the creation of suitable interview questions and coaching line managers on recruitment to ensure they work in line with process
  • Arrange and conducting in depth telephone interviews
  • Deliver feedback to successful/unsuccessful candidates
  • Recruitment reporting and metrics
  • Work closely with HR to create offer letters and help to send out relevant documentation
  • Carry out induction tours
    • Profile
  • Recruitment experience ideally in a sales/contact centre environment
  • Experience managing volume recruitment ideally IT, finance and marketing
