Job Description

Are you enthusiastic about anything related to marketing Do you possess a talent for writing interesting content You might be suited for this position!We are an educational recruitment company, and we help individuals get into university with or without GCSE’s and A-Levels across major cities in the UK.You will oversee the marketing departments continuous development, supporting and enhancing business growth through the use of traditional and digital marketing strategies. In this internal position, your responsibilities will include overseeing your ownwork, working with other teams to implement the marketing plan, and making sure the customer experience is satisfactory.You must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing strategies to help drive leads and build brand awareness.
  • Craft copy for channels, including the website, property descriptions, blogs, award entries, social media, brochures, and email.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns.
  • Update websites, optimising for mobile and SEO.
  • Plan buzzing events, from consultations to social events.
  • Work with the inhouse content creator to develop social media strategy and campaigns.
  • Work with graphic designer to create engaging marketing assets.
  • Work with the creative team on shoots (photography & videography).
  • Support with content creation.
  • Good presentation skills in front of large audiences.
  • You will be required to travel to colleges/public places/events and other organisations to promote our courses.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Support the ethos of the setting
  • Experience in implementing marketing strategies and developing campaigns.
  • Ability to write compelling copy in a distinct brand voice.
  • Someone who is creative, with an eye for detail.
  • Confident individual who can speak in front of large audiences and is persuasive.
  • A proactive attitude - someone who will use initiative.
  • A team player who’s happy to get stuck in.
  • Strong organisation skills, adaptable and ability to manage priorities.
  • Experience in using HubSpot is a bonus.
  • At least 1 years’ experience in education recruitment or a similar role.
  • Full Driving licence (compulsory)
