The role will offer a mix of coaching, training design and delivery, and classroom style training. You will be joining a multi award winning training team and full training will be provided to help you utilise your experience as a successful recruiter to help develop others. The business prides itself on innovation and best practice, so they are interested in a recruitment consultant who will champion the solid infrastructure that the business has developed over the years.The ideal recruitment trainer will be working as a Senior 360 recruitment consultant, Principal Consultant, Lead Consultant or Management Consultant currently (or most recently) and will have a successful track record of recruitment, a stable work history within 360 recruitment and will be passionate about motivating others. The recruitment trainer will be committed to relocation to The States in 12 months time.This recruitment trainer opportunity isn’t for someone who wants to simply be a small cog in a big wheel.
