This is a successful well established consultancy with a 20 year history of recruiting successfully within manufacturing currently hiring an experienced senior recruitment consultant, Principal Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Manager to join the team as a Head of Recruitment into Beauty Manufacturing. This is a highly lucrative, rapidly growing industry, with the global beauty industry on a sharp increase with no signs of slowing down.My client has developed a positive team based culture within Manchester. Having just moved into brand new offices and secured new recruitment consultants with a track record of success, this consultancy has an exciting growth strategy for the coming years. Across the business, the leadership team is well established, with recruitment managers who have stayed loyal to the business for over 15 years, which is a testament to how well they look after their staff. The founder of the business is still hands on and visible, so in this role you will have the opportunity to be supported and mentored by a successful entrepreneurial recruitment business owner who has grown and maintained a solid industry reputation amongst clients.In the role of recruitment manager, you will be growing a business division that generated almost half a million between 2017 and 2019. This is a hands on billing and management role recruiting into a rapidly growing industry within beauty manufacturing, taking over clients such as Bayliss and Harding. Reporting into the board of directors, a this is a role with lots of flexibility to write your own rules and grow your own subculture within a long established business. As soon as you are comfortable you will start growing your own team, with the intention of creating your own progression opportunities within the consultancy. You will have the opportunity to recruit at all levels, from trainee recruitment consultant through to Senior Recruitment Consultant and Principal Consultant.The earning potential for this recruitment manager role is unlimited, with Heads of Business Divisions earning anything between £150k and £400k. This recruitment consultancy is offering a generous basic salary as well as an uncapped commission for the successful Head of Recruitment.My client is looking for a well established recruitment consultant who is ambitious and excited about growing their own team. The ideal recruitment manager will have worked within manufacturing recruitment or a related industry, such as logistics, commercial or life sciences. If you haven’t worked within these sectors but are up for the challenge of a change in industry, then don’t let that hold you back from applying, as there is a client base to work with. You will currently be working as a Head of Recruitment, or will be currently working as a Principal Recruitment consultant or a recruitment business manager. You could even be a Senior Consultant with a significant amount of experience but no opportunity to progress.
