Well established, this business has proven success of developing, delivering, and supporting their clients with a range of innovativesolutions working across a number of vast, high-profile industries in the UK and overseas.They are ambitious to grow future revenues, and this will only be realised by attracting & retaining the right talent for the business, this newly created Recruitment Coordinator role will be key.The roleSupporting the wider HR team as Recruitment Coordinator you will be working as a true partner to decision makers across the business, reporting into the Head of HR you will be tasked with executing a valuable resourcing process. Overseeing the full recruitmentlifecycle, from advertising to reviewing applications, conducting initial pre-screen interviews, coordinating interviews and assessments and liaising with recruitment agencies, you will ensure they are able to recruit the right talent to meet high volume demands.In this fast paced and varied role, you will be tasked with supporting the HR team to improve processes and implement new ways of working to ensure delivery of a first-class recruitment service to support the business through significant growth. Although highlyoperational and responsible for all administrative tasks relating to the recruitment lifecycle you will also have the opportunity to support the wider HR team on the delivery of projects.The candidateWe are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator comfortable working at pace in a commercial high growth business. In addition, you will possess a broad variety of innovative attractive & selections methodologies across a range of role disciplinesat different levels.
